Last Season

A "cryptidcore" fragrance that evokes a walk in the forest. It is very similar to Risvelium by Orto Parisi, with one detail: there is nothing relaxing or meditative about Last Season. On the contrary, here we are talking about a dark and suffocating forest, where bird songs are nothing more than a mirage hiding an omnipresent danger. This is a forest from which one does not return, where day and night share the same supernatural energy that engulfs the unfortunate soul lost within. It is the forest of The Ritual, The Blair Witch Project, or Pet Sematary.

Pine needles, earth, and smoke - that is very special and rather less suited for the environment.

Last Season unfolds as a pale green, damp forest floor that feels profound and melancholic. The scent is rough, herbaceous, and brittle, which reminds me of cold, wet autumn days, but as a perfume, it remains a bit too inaccessible to me. The interplay of earthy woods, immortelle, and cold incense is certainly interesting, but it just doesn't captivate me enough.
