How does Parfinity Rewards work?
With every purchase, you automatically earn points (1 point per 1 € order value). The more points you collect in the last 6 months, the higher you climb in tiers. From the "Explorer" tier onwards, you receive cashback on eligible purchases, which is credited as store credit.
What is cashback and how does it work?
Cashback means you receive a percentage of your cashback-eligible purchase value back as credit. This credit is automatically added to your account and you can redeem it on your next order. The higher your tier, the more cashback you receive (5% to 20%).
Is there cashback on SALE products?
No. Discount codes can be used on SALE products, but SALE products do not earn cashback. The cashback basis is the paid, cashback-eligible merchandise value excluding shipping, vouchers, store credit, and SALE products.
How can I earn points?
You can earn points in three ways:
  1. Purchases: 1 point per 1 € order value
  2. Bottle reviews: 50 points for each review of a purchased bottle
  3. Sample reviews: 10 points for each review of a tested sample
How long are my points valid?
Your points are valid for 6 months. Your status is always based on the points you collected in the last 6 months.
Example: If you collect 100 points today, they count towards your status for the next 6 months. After that, they "roll out" of the time window.
Can I lose my tier?
Your status is based on a rolling 6-month window. As long as you shop regularly or write reviews, you keep your status. If older points fall out of the time window and you don't collect new ones, your status can decrease.
Do I need to sign up separately for the loyalty program?
No! If you have a customer account with Parfinity, you automatically participate in the Rewards program. You don't need to do anything else - your points are automatically collected with every purchase.
How are points and cashback calculated?
Points are calculated on the amount actually paid - not on redeemed vouchers or credit. Cashback uses the same paid basis, but SALE products are additionally excluded.
Deducted for points and cashback:
  • Gift cards
  • Store credit (e.g. from previous cashback)
  • Discount codes
  • Shipping costs
Additionally excluded from cashback only:
  • SALE products
Example: You order €100 of regular fragrances and €50 of SALE products. You earn 150 points. At 5% cashback, you receive €5 credit because cashback is only calculated on the €100 regular fragrance value.

After logging in, you'll find the "Rewards" section under "My Account". There you can see your current tier, collected points, received cashback, and your activity history.
