It is valid on everything in the shop, including sale items and further boxes, and several codes can be combined - each needs the €150 for itself, so two count in full from €300. This way, you can experience how the fragrances develop on your skin over time before deciding on a full bottle.

The discount code is valid for 6 months after the purchase of the PARFINITY Box.

Then simply take another box. With your discount code it costs you €30 instead of €50, and it comes with a full €50 discount code again. That way you keep testing without having to commit.

But you do not have to take a box: your code is valid on everything in the shop, including sale items, travel sizes and individual samples. From a cart value of €50 it counts as €20, and from €150 it counts in full.

There are two reasons why some fragrances may be temporarily unavailable: Most commonly, we're simply out of stock and have already reordered the fragrance - it will be available again soon. In rare cases, we're still in the process of obtaining official authorization from the brand. We value working transparently and in full cooperation with all brands to ensure everything is properly licensed.

Unopened and undamaged fragrances can be returned within 21 days of receipt. You are responsible for the direct return shipping costs. Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept opened fragrances. Full details are available in our returns and cancellation policy.

For hygiene reasons, PARFINITY Boxes cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been shipped. The fragrance samples are individually prepared for you and are intended for personal use. Your new box code applies to all shippable products: €50 from a €150 cart, or €20 from a €50 cart. Legacy codes keep their original terms. In case of damage during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged box.

Yes! With every order, we include complimentary fragrance samples based on the value of the full-bottle fragrances in your cart. Discovery Boxes and samples don't count towards the threshold. You get one free sample per €100 of qualifying full-bottle value:

The samples are individually selected for you, based on your previous orders, your wishlist, and your fragrance preferences - so you always discover something new.

No, the surprise scents and free samples are selected by us specifically for you. This is part of the discovery experience - we want to introduce you to fragrances you might not have picked yourself but will love.

However, you can influence the selection by maintaining your wishlist. We take your wishlist into account when choosing samples, so fragrances you've saved are more likely to end up in your box. It also considers your testing history to make sure you never receive the same sample twice.

We do not deliver to Latvia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, the Canary Islands, the Azores and Madeira. The listed island territories require air freight, but perfume is classified as dangerous goods and cannot be shipped by air. More details are available on our Shipping page.
