Shipping Carriers & Carrier Choice

At checkout you choose the shipping method - within Germany DHL Kleinpaket or DHL Paket, abroad DHL Warenpost International or DHL International. Which methods you are offered depends on what is in your order: the small-parcel format is only permitted for boxes and samples, not for bottles. All shipments are sent with full tracking - you receive the tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Costs

The shipping price depends on the destination country. We grant free shipping based on your order value - what matters is the amount you actually pay, that is after any discount code has been deducted.
  • Germany: from €3.90 (DHL Kleinpaket) or €5.90 (DHL Paket) - free from €50 (DHL Kleinpaket) or €100 (DHL Paket).
  • EU near (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Luxembourg and Netherlands): from €6.90 (DHL Warenpost International) or €15.90 (DHL International) - free from €150 (DHL Warenpost International) or €200 (DHL International).
  • France: from €6.90 (DHL Warenpost International) or €15.90 (DHL International) - free from €150 (DHL Warenpost International) or €200 (DHL International).
  • EU central (Hungary, Italy, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia): from €7.90 (DHL Warenpost International) or €15.90 (DHL International) - free from €150 (DHL Warenpost International) or €200 (DHL International).
  • EU far (Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Spain and Sweden): from €8.90 (DHL Warenpost International) or €15.90 (DHL International) - free from €150 (DHL Warenpost International) or €200 (DHL International).

Shipping discount by order value
We automatically grant a shipping discount, calculated on the order value after any discount code and applied to every shipping method. The highest applicable discount applies - the tiers are not added together. Each tier makes exactly one shipping method free:
  • €3.90 off: from €50
  • €5.90 off: from €100
  • €10.90 off: from €150
  • €15.90 off: from €200
  • €25.90 off: from €300

Destinations We Do Not Serve

We deliver exclusively to the countries listed above. We do not deliver to Latvia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, the Canary Islands, the Azores and Madeira.
The listed island territories are excluded because perfume is classified as dangerous goods and cannot be transported by air freight.

Delivery Time

The delivery time within Germany is usually 1-5 working days.
For deliveries to EU countries, the delivery time is usually 2-10 working days.
If individual items are not in stock or if the delivery time is delayed, we will inform you immediately by email.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is correct and complete.
If delivery cannot be made due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not liable. In this case, additional costs for redelivery may apply.

Partial Deliveries

If part of your order is not immediately available, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for you.
No additional shipping costs will be incurred for partial deliveries.

Damaged Shipments

Please check the delivery upon receipt for completeness and damage.
If you notice any damage to the packaging or items, please inform us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate the damage as soon as possible and find a solution.

Returns

Information about return windows, eligibility, return shipping costs, and refunds can be found in our returns and cancellation policy.
Returns must be sufficiently stamped and securely packaged and sent to the return address provided on the delivery note.
