Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between Parfinity GmbH and its customers. Deviating conditions of the customer are not recognized unless Parfinity GmbH expressly agrees to their validity.
2. Contract Conclusion
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the "Buy" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order is sent together with the acceptance of the order immediately after sending.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices include statutory VAT. Additionally, shipping costs may apply, which are displayed before completing the order. Payment can be made by advance payment, credit card, PayPal, or invoice. For payment by advance payment, the goods will be shipped after receipt of payment.
4. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery takes place within 3-5 business days after receipt of order or after receipt of payment for advance payment. If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will inform you immediately. Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For more information, please refer to our cancellation policy.
6. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. In case of defects in the goods, you initially have the choice of whether the subsequent performance should be carried out by repair or replacement. However, we are entitled to refuse the type of subsequent performance chosen if it is only possible at disproportionate cost.
7. Limitation of Liability
We have unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence as well as under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence, we are only liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, and health of persons as well as from the breach of an essential contractual obligation, the fulfillment of which enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and on the compliance with which the contractual partner regularly relies.
8. Data Protection
The collection, processing, and use of your personal data takes place in accordance with our privacy policy.
9. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is Kiel, provided that the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law.
