Pur 01

PUR 01 was a real surprise for me. It opens fresh, aromatic and slightly spicy, then becomes remarkably soft and almost comforting on my skin. I initially got a sweet violet-candy impression, followed by something clean and slightly soapy, but never in a generic way. As it dries down, a strange metallic or almost plastic-like facet appears, which somehow gives the fragrance much more personality. It feels soft and elegant, yet surprisingly masculine to me. The more I smell it, the more I enjoy it. It is unusual without being difficult to wear, and this may become one of my favourite discoveries so far.

Subtle scent, although the listed notes are not really perceptible to me.

Personally, it smells too much like herbs to me and in the drydown it becomes a bit musky, but it is not a scent I can imagine wearing every day. Somewhat special, but no wow effect.
