Les Indes Galantes is a sophisticated invitation to journey into an imaginary land full of exotic spices, flowers, and fruits. Like an olfactory cornucopia that intoxicates all senses - evoking images of gentle hills covered with flowers opening their petals to the sun and shining in the most beautiful colors. It also forms images of an oriental-style market before the imaginary eye, where all kinds of exotic and fragrant spices are offered for sale.

How does Parfums MDCI Les Indes Galantes smell?

A sophisticated oriental-gourmand composition that opens with bright citrus notes of orange and bergamot, sweetened by raspberry and almond. The heart reveals a rich spicy accord of cinnamon and clove, balanced with geranium and coriander. The base is luxuriously complex with gourmand notes, benzoin, bourbon vanilla, frankincense, heliotrope, and leather, all grounded by labdanum.

Weihrauch takes over

The scent has a very interesting development on the skin. Naturally, one perceives cinnamon and orange notes. That typical Christmas-like feeling. Although I can only agree with another comment about the Christmas market. In addition, the incense takes over, which is definitely not for everyone. Very heavy and takes some getting used to. However, it is worth a test and should definitely be sprayed on.

Christmas in a spray. Candied fruits, vanilla, almond, cinnamon and cloves paired with incense. A heavy, cinnamon-spicy fragrance. Great gourmand.
