Benzoin

Benzoin is a natural resin obtained from the Styrax trees, primarily found in Southeast Asian countries like Indonesia, Thailand, and Laos. It is traditionally extracted through a process of making incisions in the tree bark and collecting the resinous sap, which is then dried and processed into a usable form for perfumery.
