warm rose
The Empress Kiss opens spicy and initially takes on a pleasantly fresh, slightly green note thanks to cardamom and geranium. An opening that gives the fragrance a certain spice. As it progresses, the rose moves clearly to the foreground. The caramel settles like a sweet, warm layer over the floral notes, lending the fragrance a lovely depth. In the drydown, The Empress Kiss becomes increasingly softer. Vanilla and musk ensure a gentle, warm finish. The oud also blends in pleasantly. It does not seem animalic or particularly dominant here, but rather shows itself from its woody and resinous side.
