Equus N°8

Inspired by a montage of life-affirming experiences, especially during a magnificent ride through Hawaii's Big Island Mountains, with spectacular views of the Mauna Kea, mounted high on nature's most stately creature, Equus, whose majesty equaled the seemingly touchable clouds, which began gracefully swirling, during that magical moment at twilight, which sets the fading blue sky ablaze of pastel pink, purple and rose, trotting along the shore, while the sun slipped into the ocean.

A complex woody-spicy composition featuring prominent notes of clove and cardamom in the opening, transitioning to a heart of saffron, myrrh, and leather. The base reveals a smoky campfire accord complemented by precious woods, patchouli, vetiver, and subtle touches of Bulgarian rose and white musk.
