But Not Today

The first moment after spraying is like the bursting of a paint bag on a wall or another hard object - a sudden kick of metal dust mixed with some pepper, which settles down quite quickly and unfolds an opulent mix of fruit and warm spice with very fine cooler herbal notes. Later, an animalic-woody note joins in. To me, it doesn't smell bitter at all, but downright captivating through the contrasts, which never clash. I cannot stop smelling this scent (on my wrists) and have also received compliments for it. But that's how it is: scents don't smell the same for everyone and not on every person. In any case, this perfume smells absolutely outstandingly beautiful and exciting to me. One of my favourites.

I was really curious to see what this smelled like after all the social media hype. It's nowhere near as bad as everyone is making out. It's actually rather wearable for me. It smells extremely spicy right from the get go and never really calms down. Not a summer fragrance that's for sure. If they offered a 15ml or 30ml travel size I'd probably buy it.

Anyone who doesn't know this must definitely try it. Simply great! If you want to polarize, you can't ignore this fragrance. Green, animalic and absolutely unique – Filippo from a completely different side. A fragrance with character and rough edges that definitely stays in your memory. Highly recommended! 🔥
