Nuda Veritas

The opening of Nuda Veritas absolutely thrilled me: a radiant veil of mineral and citrusy freshness, exactly what I had hoped for for the summer! Unfortunately, this sparkling effect evaporates far too quickly. After only about 10 minutes, floral notes move in and the fragrance retreats very quietly onto the skin. In the end, I was left with the feeling of freshly washed laundry. A beautiful skin scent, but just not the long-lasting, radiant sillage I was looking for. The opening was definitely the highlight for me; the heart and the base were personally too quiet and too 'clean' for my taste.
