Menthe Enivrante

I have no idea how absinthe smells and it is hard to describe what Menthe Enivrante is for me. It is somewhat boozy at the opening, bright, definitely minty, herbal, not too sharp. Later this brightness is calmed into ambery woody softness, warmness, with a hint of indirect sweetness like in dark chocolate, reminds me of tabacco perfumes. It is interesting to smell from start to the very end, I sniff my hand all the time and don't get bored by it, some animalic note makes the composition comforting. Also now, as the days grow colder and autumn is on the doorstep, this perfume feels exactly on point.
