Santal Calling

Unfortunately too similar to Angel Dust, which I already own, so it is not a purchase candidate for me. Nevertheless, I have to say that this fragrance is definitely softer and not as 'piercing' as the one I mentioned. This one is more elegant, appears of higher quality, and is more delicate in its development and in the drydown. I would say the more feminine variant of AD. I had hoped for more creaminess and more sweetness. All in all, it is still a great sandalwood fragrance.

Only minimally cucumber-like in the opening, then becomes woody-powdery and somewhat spicy-medicinal. Sandalwood is a difficult note for me, though. People who have no problem with that will surely like it a lot!

A very elegant autumn fragrance that radiates warmth without smelling sweet. Super elegant and the woody note is nevertheless very feminine.
