Tonka Kumaru

Bitter almond and cardamom give the fragrance strength. Bergamot plays a very small role. In return, you get a very authentic tonka bean here. However, I have to say that this fragrance taught me that the combination of hay and barley is definitely a touch too much dry grass. It might be an exaggeration, but the thought of a barn crossed my mind. The fragrance is heavy and should definitely be tested before buying. For people who like such scents, it is certainly a highlight.

Roasted tonka bean and bitter almond give the fragrance plenty of character and strength. Well-spiced and slightly brightened by cardamom and bergamot. I also detect cinnamon, although it is not listed. Sweet and delicious, but not banal.

Be sure to test it extensively on the skin! On paper, the scent seems very dry and dusty and the vanilla does not really come through, but on the skin it becomes an incredibly creamy tonka-vanilla scent without becoming sweet, with extreme longevity.
