The opening, with its resinous incense and coriander, is quite exciting and darkly elegant, but as soon as this salty-fishy caviar nuance comes through, the whole thing drifts into such a strange, tissue-like texture that you wonder whether you are standing in a luxury restaurant or a perfumery. When the perfume finally settles into the creamy sandalwood and cashmeran after hours, it becomes significantly more wearable and strongly reminiscent of the popular Santal 33 vibe, but the journey there is a real olfactory experiment.
