Arabesque

A spicy-floral fragrance with dark blackcurrant freshness in the opening, transitioning into a soft blend of rose and jasmine with a slight woody depth. Elegant, with a subtle oriental touch, and versatile enough for everyday wear and quiet evenings without feeling too heavy.

To me, Arabesque clearly demonstrates the high quality and craftsmanship of Ormonde Jayne. The fragrance feels opulent, spicy, and oriental with a lot of depth and presence. Nonetheless, I quickly realize that this is not my personal scent DNA. The dry spices, resins, and oriental warmth feel too heavy and too far removed from the softer, calmer, and skin-close fragrances that I usually reach for. Still, an impressively composed fragrance for lovers of this direction.

You can't go wrong if you want a nice, well-rounded oud fragrance. It doesn't reinvent the wheel. Great quality, as always with this brand.
