Beautiful texture, not really for me
Blanche Bête is one of those fragrances I find more interesting than enjoyable. At first I liked the soft, milky, musky texture and the strange white freshness around it, but as it developed it became increasingly creamy and coconut-like to my nose, almost like a sweet milky dessert. There is still something floral and slightly spiced underneath, but the lactonic sweetness ends up taking too much space for my taste. Very distinctive and well made, just not something I really want to wear.
