signature scent
The opening is marked by dominant saffron, while the plum merely provides a velvety texture. As it progresses, the fragrance develops a striking, dry-green depth, which I attribute to the interplay of Australian sandalwood and immortelle. This combination gives the scent a slightly medicinal, almost phenolic facet that feels less smoky and more bitter-austere to me. A masterfully crafted fragrance with a lot of character, though its specific green woodiness lies too far from my own identity.
