A strange resinous forest candy
Kinu Sensitive Vagabond starts with a strange fruity impression that reminds me of a cocktail, with something between mirabelle and apricot over wood and spices. As it develops, the fruit becomes much less obvious and the fragrance turns greener, resinous and warmer, almost like a fir-tree candy. I get wood, something pine-like, amber, earth and a soft spicy background. There is an unusual character to it that I find interesting, although the warm resinous side eventually dominates more than I would like.
