Laylati

For me, Laylati is a distinctly striking, woody-spicy fragrance that starts with an intensive, herbal opening and immediately sends this green-tart sharpness to the nose. As it progresses, cedarwood and earthy patchouli come more to the fore before tobacco, musk, and a hint of vanilla join in the base – in my opinion, however, this does not create a well-rounded, elegant overall picture, but rather a sharp, herbal-spicy impression that appears significantly edgier and less harmonious than the warm-sweet-spicy, boozy spiciness of a Side Effect.
