Attaquer Le Soleil - Marquis de Sade

An interesting scent that I do not find unpleasant. Dry, resinous, spicy, tart. As a perfume, however, it is a bit too simplistic for me, although I actually like scents that aren't too complex (e.g. Escentric Molecules). But I could imagine trying it again in the future. Maybe it needs to fit a very specific mood.

This is absolutely not a mass-appealing crowd-pleaser; it is a brutalist piece of olfactory art. For a curated selection of ultra-niche decants, it is an incredibly strong offering. It challenges the wearer, sparks immediate conversation, and delivers exactly the kind of unapologetic darkness that fans of true avant-garde perfumery actively seek out.

it clearly doesn't have to impress anyone, it just exists on you, like a dry monolith, complete neglect.
