soothing, soft woody scent

Is that coconut or tonka at the beginning? Saffron is extremely subtle. Quiet, elegant, develops slowly. A subtle sweetness (vanilla?). A wonderful companion throughout the entire day, suitable for any occasion and season.

Solid sandalwood scent

Sandalwood with something zesty / slightly scratchy, possibly due to the citric notes and saffron. If looking for a sandalwood fragrance, I would rather go for 'Santal Complet' by Fragrance du Bois.
