Zafeer Oud Vanille

Bought the bottle blind as I already own several from this brand. Very interesting scent. Initially rather spicy and oud-heavy, it becomes softer and more vanilla-like over time. I like it a lot in winter. Excellent longevity on the skin.

Dark vanilla, sweet soapy, not intrusive, definitely suitable for everyday use

Zafeer Oud Vanille by Alexandre J immediately won me over from the very first test on paper. The vanilla is warm, soft, and surprisingly well-balanced – nothing sticky or overloaded. It was instantly a fragrance I could easily imagine for quiet autumn and winter evenings. On the skin, this impression is confirmed. I wore it to a Jasmine Jethwa concert and found it to be a very pleasant, almost soothing companion all evening long. It was present without being pushy and fit the atmosphere well – warm, enveloping, and understated. For me, it is not an everyday scent, but one for moments that should be cozy, calm, and a little bit special.
