Apricot Innocence

Apricot Innocence opens with an authentically fresh and juicy-ripe apricot note. I cannot detect any fragrance progression. It remains linear and reminds me of apricot shampoo. Anyone looking for an uncomplicated, fruity-fresh scent will be well served here. For me, it lacks that certain something.

When Summer Lasted Forever. Sun-warmed apricots, almost overripe and full of nectar. Yellow cherry plums, flowering fruit trees, quick-cooked jam and dried homemade garden fruit. But Apricot Innocence is much more than fruit. It smells like childhood somewhere in the South: the sea nearby, warm air and my grandmother’s puffy pastries with sour cream and sugar. There is something incredibly joyful, playful and innocent about it. That feeling of a long summer still ahead, with so much happiness waiting for you. Everything is bright, warm, fragrant and alive, but never overly sweet. Later it becomes softer and creamier, almost like a warm apricot milkshake, while the fruit stays inside that milky base. Round, warm, cosy, safe. That simple, innocent happiness from before adult life became so different. It makes me want to freeze the moment and stay there a little longer.

A fresh scent that I fell in love with immediately! It is fruity and sparkling and absolutely enchanting!
