Mariya

I have now tested Mariya extensively. The quality and the enormous presence of the fragrance are impressive – you can immediately smell the high-quality craftsmanship. Nevertheless, the spark didn't fly for me. For my taste, the rose in combination with the geranium develops into something too soapy and has a very traditional, almost old-fashioned aura. Anyone looking for a powerful, clean, and classic 'oriental rose' will find it here. For me personally, however, the fragrance feels too mature and not very modern. It doesn't blend with my style, but rather stands on its own.

A rose scent with caramel and coffee. I could have liked it, but the coriander somehow bothers me.

In the beginning, the spicy coriander note confused me a bit, but after 5 minutes, the coffee note joined in. On my skin, however, it leans more towards tea, which doesn't bother me at all. After half an hour, it becomes a warm rose scent that appears very elegant due to the tea. I must say that all the Oman Luxury fragrances I have tested so far are excellently crafted.
