Die moderne Parfümchemie kann das zarte, frische Blumenprofil von Freesie präzise nachbilden.
Geschichte und Kultur
Freesie wurde Anfang des 19. Jahrhunderts in Südafrika entdeckt und nach Friedrich Heinrich Theodor Freese, einem deutschen Arzt und Botaniker, benannt. Obwohl sie in der traditionellen Parfümerie keine historische Bedeutung hatte, ist sie heute eine beliebte moderne Duftnote und symbolisiert Unschuld, Freundschaft und jugendliche Energie im zeitgenössischen Parfümdesign.
Chemie und Molekularstruktur
Synthetische Freesie-Noten werden typischerweise mit Aromastoffen wie Hexylsalicylat hergestellt, das den grünen, frischen Aspekt liefert, sowie verschiedenen Blumen-Aldehyden, die zu seinem leichten, funkelnden Charakter beitragen.
