This fragrance is inspired by the myth of Tiresias and the idea of tears as a precious essence. Created by perfumer Alexandra Carlin, it mixes ancient inspiration with modern style. The scent captures the feeling of Greek sap that perfumes the world. It is a unique journey through woody and lactonic notes, blending soft textures with bold contrasts.
How does Roos & Roos Les Larmes de Tirésias smell?
The scent opens with a spark of pink pepper and aromatic juniper berries. Then, a milky frankincense accord mixes with sweet, spicy fig and floral orange blossom. Finally, the base settles into vanilla blooming against cold leather and deep amberwood.

LoginA round, full fragrance with plenty of structure
Les Larmes de Tirésias is one of my absolute favorite fragrances. All the fragrance notes form a full structure from the very beginning with many layers that develop beautifully over time. The milky note rounds off the scent wonderfully. Even the leather note blends well into the overall structure and does not stand out as much as it often does in other perfumes.

Peppery, junipery opening, the fig makes a very brief appearance and then all I can smell is incense.
On my skin, it is indeed a soft incense, but I don't perceive it as milky. Great for autumn.
