Details on Gritti Kill The Lights

He comes with the storm, biting as the smell of his leather jacket that remembers thousands of miles. The engines roar, knees get weak, you're out of control. All or nothing. The smell of rule-breaker, one of a kind. Kill the lights. You'll see what comes. Dry, sharp-cut juniper and artemisia notes gride into a full and rich leather heart and run into its sharp, spicy nuances. Dense birch tar accord mixes with fresh balsamic nuances of lentisque like dusk with the dawn. A story to remember.

How does Gritti Kill The Lights smell?

A complex leather fragrance that opens with aromatic juniper and herbaceous artemisia, complemented by davana's exotic touch. The heart reveals a rich leather accord accompanied by spicy pink pepper and hay notes. The base features smoky birch tar, balsamic mastic, and smooth guaiac wood, creating a dark and sophisticated composition.

Dark leather with resinous warmth

I experience an unusual, spicy-leathery scent with plenty of juniper, dry herbs, and a smoky, slightly tarry note. On the skin, it becomes softer, creamier, and balsamic as it develops, without losing its dark character. For me, it fits particularly well in autumn and winter, especially in the evenings or when going out.

The lights are definitely staying on at my place

Received today as a free addition. A great scent. Leathery, floral, earthy-green-herbal, likely from the artemisia with a bit of imagination, resinous (from mastic, a resin known from oil painting that gives oil paint more gloss), woody. Not gradually. In the base, it first becomes powdery for me, wherever that comes from, then spicy. A fragrance like many others, not a niche item. If I didn't already have several of this kind, it would join my collection – specifically because it doesn't project so wildly.

This fragrance is interesting. Not necessarily dark, but tart. Juniper and artemisia really pack a punch.
