Tropylang is one of those fragrances that I love on some days and cannot stand on others. I really like the fruitiness that develops on my skin. Over time, however, I notice more and more a scent of a high-quality cream. I cannot identify what I smell then, but I like it. Those are the good days. On the bad days, I just seem to perceive a sunscreen that has expired.

Shangri La doesn't smell at all like I would have expected based on the list of fragrance notes. While I do perceive a subtle fruitiness somewhere, the prominent feature on my skin is a pungent note that I don't like at all. A pity!

I am looking for a mint fragrance, but Kobe Gardens is not for me. I find the scent somewhat pungent on my skin and the mint is far too intense. Personally, it reminds me of an aftershave, just one with mint in it. Unfortunately, it's not the scent for me.

For a Moroccan breakfast in Brussels, I had a mint tea, and that's exactly how 2# Nota di Viaggio smells to me. I perceive fresh mint with a little lemon and somewhere also a hint of honey. No idea where I'm getting that from. In my search for a fresh mint and/or tea scent, this one is right at the top!

...I had imagined it quite differently. To me, I perceive almost only the pepper and on my skin the scent smells somewhat resinous. Spicy actually describes it quite well, but I'm missing the chocolate and I can't find the tonka bean either. Not my scent.

When I hold my wrist up to my nose, close my eyes and take a deep breath, I am at the beach. Not in the height of summer, but in autumn with a cup of mint tea in my hand. I like Wandervogel! Even if I would see it a touch more on the masculine side. But only because it becomes a bit more tart on my skin over time.

... buy a full-size bottle? I like Exotic Chocolate! I like the cocoa note, the chocolate, and also the buttery undertone that I perceive on my skin! Over time, the fragrance becomes warm and enveloping for me. Unbeatable in winter, but I already have a few such fragrances, so should I or not...?

I bought Yesterday Haze because the listed fragrance notes appealed to me. I like fig scents, I also like walnut and tonka bean anyway, but personally, I do not like Yesterday Haze. I still liked the opening on my skin, perceiving a fresh fig. After a short time, however, the scent changed into something annoying and scratchy for me. Unfortunately, not my scent.

I like vanilla scents, but I'm still skeptical when buying. I often find a scent great at first, and then after wearing it for a few days, it starts to annoy me. Not so with Fire at Will! On my skin, I find the vanilla authentic and not too sweet, more like a real vanilla bean. Additionally, I notice a hint of mimosa and I love that. For me, it's a beautiful vanilla fragrance that I can enjoy without getting tired of it.

I was looking forward to Poppy Riot. But unfortunately, I perceive a distinct leather scent on my skin, which I don't like. Actually, leather isn't even listed. I had expected a more floral, fruitier fragrance. Unfortunately, not my scent.

Most fragrances I have to test for a few days to decide if a full-size bottle makes sense for me. With Love-O-Matic, I was convinced immediately! I like the scent of fresh laundry paired with a fruity undertone. I can perceive the scent on myself for several hours, which I like very much. And since you can hardly "disturb" anyone with the scent of fresh laundry, I wear Love-O-Matic for really every occasion.

This fragrance was the surprise scent in one of my Parfinity boxes. If I didn't already have a full-size bottle, I would have bought it immediately! On my skin, I like the milky scent of Blanche Bete and the tonka bean with vanilla that join in after a while.
