We are adding more affordable brands. In return, your discount code changes.

For months you have been asking for travel sizes, for smaller formats and for brands like Essential Parfums. We can finally offer you those. But first we had to rethink the box discount from the ground up. Your existing discount codes stay exactly as they are. What changes for future codes is in this text.

Why we could not offer cheaper fragrances and sizes

The maths simply did not work. On a fragrance costing 110 EUR there is not enough left to give away a box of six samples on top and ship the parcel for free as well. Back when we came up with the box discount model, we underestimated the shift towards more affordable fragrances and smaller formats. So we never listed any bottles below 110 EUR, and even those barely broke even.

There were a few other problems with the code that we wanted to fix while we were at it. Converting into store credit, in case the first box did not have your fragrance, was cumbersome and not self-explanatory for most people. Only one code could be used per order. And the premium surcharges on individual perfumes were complicated.

All of that is solved now. Here is how the new box model works.

No more surcharges: every box costs 50 EUR

We have abolished the premium surcharges on individual fragrances. You can now pick any five fragrances, we add the sixth, and the box always costs 50 EUR. Whether you want to try Clive Christian or Essential Parfums.

The new discount code

The code works differently now. Instead of applying to a single bottle, it counts against your entire cart. You can pay for anything with it: full bottles in every size, travel sizes, discovery sets, individual samples.

From a cart value of 150 EUR you get the full 50 EUR. Whether that is one fragrance, a mixed cart, or simply three new boxes.

From a cart value of 50 EUR the code counts as 20 EUR. That is deliberate: it brings a second box down to 30 EUR, and that box comes with a full 50 EUR code again. So you no longer need the fiddly manual conversion into store credit, which goes away.

Below 50 EUR of cart value the code does not apply.

Codes can be combined

If you wanted to redeem several codes, you used to have to place several orders and tell us, so we could merge them again and refund the shipping. Very cumbersome for you and error-prone for us.

Now you can put several codes on the same cart. Each code needs its own 50 EUR or 150 EUR, and everything else follows from that. With two codes it looks like this:

Just add your codes and we always work out the best combination for you.

It makes no difference whether there is one product in your cart or twenty. So if you have been thinking about treating yourself to a genuinely expensive fragrance, you can now put several codes towards it at once.

Your existing codes

They stay as they are. Same rules, same validity, nothing for you to do.

That also means they keep the old restriction: they still only apply to perfumes with a single-item price above 100 EUR. They will not get you the new travel sizes or the more affordable brands.

If you want that, you can convert an old code in your account. It keeps its value, gets the new logic and starts with a fresh six months. Optional, and only in that direction.

Your cashback credit is not affected by any of this. That is a separate thing and stays exactly as it is.

When this applies

The new rules apply to every order placed from 18 August 2026 onwards. Whatever applies to your code is printed on the card inside your box.

The shop now carries brands and travel sizes that were not possible before. And the box has no surcharges. If something is missing or you have a question, write to us at [email protected]. We read them and we answer ourselves.
